We offer FREE shipping to NZ, AU & UK.

All tracking, updates and more are sent via email, make sure to enter your email at checkout.

Orders are shipped using a shipping agent partnered with NZ Post. Labels are semi to full tracked depending on location. Orders with semi tracked labels will track key points along the orders journey with a final update at the customers local sorting facility.

The customer is responsible for their order, if orders have been missed due or packages have been stolen from letterbox's/ or porches, this will fall on the customer. Please make sure your address is correct.

We use NZ, AU & UK Couriers so orders are not picked up or shipped out during the weekend.

Once your order has been processed, the estimated shipping times are below;

All of New Zealand, Australia & United Kingdom: 2-20 days ( times vary on address, state and delays through couriers. )

If you live in a rural area, please allow up to 2 extra working days for delivery.

During the holiday season, please allow up to 7 extra business days for dispatch, shipping and transit times. We are working as hard as we can to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Please make sure the shipping address you enter at checkout is correct. If the address you enter is incorrect or not a valid address, it is likely that your order will be returned to us by. If this is the case then you are responsible for covering the cost of any resend fees. Please contact us if your address has been entered incorrectly, we will do what we can to change the address, this may not happen depending on how long your order has been in transit.

In the event that your package is lost by Couriers (stuck at a point of tracking and not updated since - excluding "final update" of semi tracked packages, we will provide you with a full refund.
