Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping to NZ, AU and now USA, Canada and the UK.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed.

All tracking, updates and more are sent via email, make sure to enter your email at checkout.

Orders from Australia and New Zealand are shipped from New Zealand using NZ Post. Labels are semi to full tracked depending on location. Orders with semi tracked labels will track key points along the orders journey with a final update at the customers local sorting facility.

Orders from USA, Canada and the UK are all fulfilled and shipped from our recently partnered third party logistics company as a way for our small business to service the wider parts of the world. This logistics company is based in China, stock and our business is based here in New Zealand. Please see FAQS for a detailed description on our new partnership.

The customer is responsible for their order, if orders have been missed due or packages have been stolen from letterbox's/ or porches, this will fall on the customer. Please make sure your address is correct.

All NZ & AUS orders are shipped from our HQ in New Zealand meaning orders will be picked up by our couriers on business days only.

Once your order has been processed, the estimated shipping times are below;

All of New Zealand shipped from our HQ in New Zealand - Overnight
Australia, also shipped from our HQ here in NZ: 
7-20 days ( times vary on address, state and delays through couriers. )

USA, Canada, UK - Orders are shipped via our third party logistics team. Please allow 12-25 days depending on states, delays through customs.

If you live in a rural area, please allow up to 2 extra working days for delivery.

During the holiday season, please allow up to 7 extra business days for dispatch, shipping and transit times. We are working as hard as we can to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Please make sure the shipping address you enter at checkout is correct. If the address you enter is incorrect or not a valid address, please email us as soon as possible so we are able to rectify it.

You are responsible for all cost of any reshipping fees.

Please contact us if your address has been entered incorrectly. All changes to address must be completed ASAP - once orders have been processed and fulfilled it is highly unlikely we are able to change the address or information.
